Crew emblem transparency

Are crew emblems working normally for people? I went to tinker with my emblems, but it seems like the transparent background option is broken for me. I'm not getting the checkerboard background when I click the transparency toggle, instead it just gives a gray background which appears gray in-game as well. My old emblems also now have a black background in the editor instead of a transparent one. Tried the editor with two different browsers but it doesn't seem to be related to that. Wondering if this is just on my end for some reason, I couldn't find anything recent about this when I tried some quick searches
