What happened to the other GTA 3 commemorative outfits in GTA online?

We got two outfits for free in GTA Online in celebration of GTA 3, but what about the other outfits? What happened? is there any way to unlock?

In order to get them you have to accept a Prison Break heist invite from a random and finish the heist.

Sorry!  Yeah they will probably drop when the Definitive Editions drop.

Thursday is GTA:O update day, which is also the day the Trilogy:DE launches, so it's probable that something will arrive next Thursday. I think it's also quite possible that we will unlock something, maybe the prison outfit, if we own the Trilogy:DE, linked the same Social Club account as our GTA:O profile.
