[GTA SA] Help with white textures, map object edit.

I have installed a retexture mod which is known as "Rosa project", but now when I play "Small town bank" mission and when I enter the bank the cash safe has a white texture bug which like this at screenshot:

This safe only can be found during this mission and I tried to find it's model id was hard, but at last I found it it's "3130" and a part of it also has id "3135".
I could not found these Ids at any data base or website to see what's model TXD & DFF textures to edit or delete it from texture mod.
So I need help about that can someone tell me how to find that model txd & dff or how to edit / fix that bug.

Thank you very much, can you please tell me the method or the tool you used to find the id details?. It would be useful.

Basicly with MEd 0.32 mapeditor

But MEd ignores animated objects

Then i had a look to the Free IDs List, if 3130 exist in originally SA

And because  i known that IDs from  3000 to 3300 exist in levelxre.ide, i looked there with texteditor
