Internet Cafe Computers not working

Hello I have bought GTA 4 on the rockstar launcher (this isnt a pirated copy) and I wanted to reply the game so I got the mission where you have to make a gmail account for niko and when I get near the computers the prompt shows in the top left but when I press E niko just picks up the mouse and throws it a someone I dont know how to fix or how I even accomplished this I have completed the game before on the same system same version of the game so I dont really know if any have yous have some solution please tell me this is one of my favourite GTA games even with the bad fps.
