I've checked my camp lockbock, the post office in Strawberry and the benefits tab and there's nothing to claim to get the pass for free. What gives? I'm on PC if that makes any difference. You'll have to claim it from the lockbox then the purchase price should be 0 gold (purchased through the catalog for those new to it). If not, I'd say submit a support ticket. It's not surprising if they fuxed it up again. The other pass is the one that players have to pay gold for and is usually called the Outlaw Pass unless it is a holiday one. If you purchased the other four previous passes you would get the Halloween pass for free and it comes as a coupon found in your lockbox/at the post. I know it literally means that, but many use it in place of "Deluxe" etc. It sounded like there was a better version of the pass, maybe with more to gain.
