I'm guessing you got confused by the roman numerals and posted this in the VI section instead of IV section? 🤨

For me its Algonquin > Dukes > Alderney > Broker > Bohan

Alderney, specifically the Westdyke and Leftwood areas, are pretty fun to mess about in. I know it's kind of dull but I like the suburban "charm" they have going for it

I have to go with Broker for the atmosphere, feels so authentic. Hove Beach is probably my favourite area in any GTA game.

Word. I would have loved having a safehouse by Westdyke at some point. Westdyke really captured that suburban atmosphere.

Broker, but more specifically, Schottler/Beechwood City.

Many of the roadways are steep, broken and uneven, making for some hilarious moments as your vehicles suspension is pushed to the absolute limit (even drifting some corners can send you rolling because of potholes, uneven terrain etc.)

Lots of random un-named backstreets and decrepit buildings around too, which gives these two districts a "well-lived in" feeling – there's also a suprising amount of hustle and bustle going on for such a small location, with quite a diverse range of people and cultures.

Great area to just walk around in soaking up the environmental bliss, especially when trains whizz past overhead as you stroll down some shady looking alleyway past a delivery man leaning against a stack of crates obviously on a smoke break, cussing about how shifty his boss is...

Damn, I missed those little details in V.

Surprised to see how few people have said Bohan. It's one of my favourite areas in Liberty City and despite it being small, it's fun to explore. I also really like North Algonquin and Dukes.

You mean IV, not V because you said V by mistake I think but I still agree with you though.

My bad, should've been a little more precise with my language – I did mean to say V, but was actually referring to the fact that I miss all the small details from IV that are seemingly missing for GTA V (which is the one I've now played the most of.)
