(HELP) i'm trying to mod weapon sounds consisting WAV Files but when i tried it, it didn't work

so i'm a sucker for RDR2 weapons sound but i can't find the original files in the internet since i don't have the game myself, so i recorded a video showing these sounds and edit it in a WAVE editor so that i can mod it to GTA SA.

 

but, when i try to put it in Modloader (i have a sound pack that use modloader and works fine) it doesn't work in-game at all. at first i turn on both the RDR2 weapon mod and the older sound pack. the weapon that i modded with RDR2 sound doesn't work and use the old sound pack instead. when i try to turn off the sound pack, all weapon use original sound and the RDR2 weapon sound still not work.

 

at first i realize the RDR2 weapon sound i have has bigger file size (around 70-200kb) while the old sound pack files has around 10-50kb size. i tried to compress it via internet with online compresser. but still, it didn't work. any suggestion?
