Stolen acconut, two account in one email

I have a problem with the account, I deleted the game and reinstalled it, when I logged in it offered me two accounts, one was mine and the other was obviously made by someone else. When I logged into my account with my username, it switched me to that other account that I didn't create, and I can't start the game at all. Someone broke my account and it says that it was founded on August 26, 2021. The username (nickname) and date of birth are different. My username is ernaut99. Which when I type still exists but I can't access it because it keeps bringing me back to that other account (ernaut871W). What should I do next, is there a way to get my old account back, because I have been playing the game for many years and it would be a shame for all my work to fail.
