Audio problems while in-game

My GTA SA on PC(latest steam version on windows 11) was running fine until I installed 3 mods, after that I started experiencing some sound issues, I can hear pedestrians, gun shots, cars on the street, radio, those gun shots in the distance, cut scenes, pretty much everything EXCEPT CJ sounds (walking, jumping, punching and voice) , other characters(sweet, BG,...) voices while in game and zero sound effects from the menu screen, I already checked the SFX and streams file and its 3,23 GB, I deleted and re-installed(with and without the mods) several times and the issue doesnt go away, I also tried switching the audio from 5.1 to quadraphonic but since im on windows 11 I didnt find the option, plz help
