I have an idea to create an Air Force in San andreas where players can join and do missions similar to Merryweather security but with real players.  What do you guys think?

I think u should post this here: Find Lobbies & Players - GTAForums

Also do you want to make a crew? If yes there are many military crews to join. (cant help if you want to find one) if thats what ur intentions are.

Look into "The Red Sparrows" - they might be somewhat along the lines of what you're after, although they're more of a display team.
