How can i add peds and cars in my own map?

i build a map with med and its empty can someone tell me how to add peds and cars im my own map ??

You must edit ped/car path files. Or you can use cleo to spawn that.

 

With MED you can only spawn that hotdog carts to get salesman as a ped.
