I don't know which countries are concerned exactly, just know about France and Germany, we had no blood, no explosives heads, no rampages, some hidden weapons were differents, npcs didn't drop money when killed and we couldn't fight npcs on ground Also in the case of german game, some missions were missing And this censorship was still a thing in the 2015 version of the game, so do you think that will be the same again here ? As far as I know the German and French versions remove money dropped by peds, they remove the ability to hit people who are on the ground, they won't let anyone's limbs fly off and they also remove blood. You can see the differences with your own eyes if your copy of Vice City lets you select German or French in the language menu. If you set the game language to those the censorship will activate.
