I downgraded to 1.0.4.0 and the game just doesnt launch from either .exes However in the task manager, gtaiv.exe is running but the size is just 3 to 4 MB. I have no other mods/scripts installed. New problem, when i Start a new game, it says "loading - The Cousins Bellic" and then the screen turns black and I have to go to task manager to end GTAIV. What should I do now? If I don't download it through Steam that then Steam won't know it's installed, won't track hours and achievements. Am I free to continue if I downloaded the game through Steam? The game launched but its not on fullscreen and its always at the left corner of the screen and when ever I tried to play the games just loads infinitely. I did everything on installing but I don't understand how other manage to make this work. I cant really downgrade this GTA4 even with good pc specs. And on the RGL app, it says I have to update the game so I can play it, but that updates the game, hence defeating the purpose of downgrading.
