Before the Definitive editions Xbox One users could not play GTA III or GTA VC on them only SA, meanwhile Playstation players could play III, VC, and SA. Right now the only way to play LCS and VCS is to either own a PSP, PS2, on your phone and deal with terrible mobile controls, or emulators.
