It would be awesome, some of my best SA memories are playing co-op with friends. Not getting my hopes up though.

I don't know, I played SA's 2-player mode and frankly I didn't enjoyed it, way too limited in terms of possibilities.

 

I'd rather have an online multiplayer like IV but it seems that we aren't getting that either.

i really enjoyed the 2 player mode imo but it was too limited as u said i hated that too but still it was a experience. i would love to see an actual multiplayer too but sadly that's probably not gonna happen

Oh yeah for sure it was limited, but it was still fun for mayhem!

 

They could easily expand on it a bit, for example allow R3 missions when in 2P mode, and make it available in all 3 games.

 

I feel like it's omission on the PC version was simply due to the weirdness of controller inputs back when it came out. Mods re-enable it, and some even allow things like R3 missions and they are so great.

after i did the intro missions, i'm gonna check directly if the 2 player mode is still there

 

i still use the 2 player mod on pc from time to time when i'm gaming with a friend and we just want to mess around and wreck sh*t (re-enabled it thru mods) and i used this mode a LOT back in the days, i love it

 

i would also like if they even upgraded/improved it and maybe even included it into III and Vice City

Having no MP in SA will be a downgrade. 

They should include it, it was there years back even when it was limited. 

Rockstar should do something extra for the fans, they will cash again big time compared to minimal work. 

Most are done with GTA Oline for years already, time for something new, now is the time after cashing cashing and cashing.

Thousands and thousands of people still playing GTA San Andreas Multiplayer every single day.

 

MTA Team has stated that they will LOOK at the Trilogy version and see what's up once they get their hands onto the game.

No promises but if things work out, we'll probably see MTA in a couple of years which I really hope for because don't expect anything from the folks over at Rockstar Games

MTA will die slowly if they don't update on the UE Version.

The people who have the game and still play won't disappear all of the sudden.

And we both know that there are several ways to get the game. Sucks they removed it but this won't affect them as much. It's a dedicated player base with small increments of new players.

 

They will be just fine. We're in 2021 and they are still rocking
