How do you get to the random jewerly that is on top of the mountain east of Armadillo?

I rode around for like 30 minutes and can't find way to the top where the marker says the random jewerly spot is.

Are you asking in terms of single player or multiplayer? I play strictly singleplayer and, if there's some random jewelry drop location on some mountain way out there past Armadillo, I don't know about it.
