World portals (a variation) are already used in RAGE games, basically a part of the outside despawns as soon as you go inside and nothing will intersect, and vice versa. It is in the far back behind the train where they have added new lights in front of houses. Pretty sure that's a common thing. At first I thought it was a Landstalker, and I do think it resembles that the most of all vehicles in GTA III, but it uses different wheels, lacks the vertical strips along the roof and has different colour door handles. It also does not spawn in this colour in the original Screenshot above: Spoiler Landstalker on PC: Spoiler Landstalker on Mobile: Spoiler The Cartel Cruiser also resembles it slightly and would explain the lack of roof strips and different colour handle, but the vehicle is taller, the gap between the wheel arch and tyre is increased, and it has the bars at the front. Cartel Cruiser on PC: Spoiler So I'm not really sure what it is.
