With all this sh*t going on people finding more messed up things in the Trilogy then you have the damn price, just what on f*ck earth did they do to make this deserve 60 bucks? it's just old games with better textures, clouds, reflections, trees and lighting, it's not a new game nor a remake nor a high end remaster and to make things even worse it's being sold all together so they force that 60$ out of you.

 

They should balance their effort along with the price but i don't see any balance here.

I'm sure plenty of people will be buying this at launch, hell, even pe-ordering. I won't be one of them, but, at the end of the day, this is GTA, and I believe that there are going to be huge numbers of people plunking down the full retail price for this alleged Ultimate Edition. Hey, give Rockstar and Take2 credit. They know how to press the collective buttons of GTA fans, and this release will be no exception.

Or, do what I intend to do. Which is to wait for a month after it releases and buy only the used physical copy. This way I am buying a copy of the game without financially supporting what is clearly a lackluster, unimpressive port with a very slight facelift.

If I want to buy it, where is the physical PS5 edition and if I buy the physical PS4 edition how is it going to upgrade to the PS5 version?

Is there a PS5 version at all?

 

If the games don't run at native 4K and 60fps they f*cked up badly.

 

why there is no physical edition on amazon and other stores?

My comment was not about being first in line or about buying it later when it gets cheaper, it's about the fact that what they've done does not deserve 60 bucks, this has nothing to do with anything other than the fact that they are over charging us.

I don't believe I will be buying it because I do not wish to support R* anymore financially but I am eager to watch playthroughs of the games just so I can see how they play.

Maybe it’s been mentioned already but the pages are flying by. But will the ps5 get a physical release? So far it’s the only one I’ve seen to not have a physical release mentioned. Which seems weird

Well, since SA now run on 60 fps and more, I can guaranteed 100% that certain sliding glitch like this that was very useful for speedruning is now dead

I think they mentioned December 7th as the date of physical releases. I don't know which platforms but it seems stupid to leave the PS5 out. It will be a big market for it.

Out of all things to be worried about speedrunning is definitely not one of them, I bet they will find some super jank-ass bug in these versions that they can abuse to the moon, just like in the last SA rerelease.

The trailer hit my minimum expectations, and that’s a good thing. It’s not a great thing, but not a bad thing at the same time.

More or less that is what my minimum expectation was set at. I’d take two days off work to play what I saw in the trailer, so I am hyped. I didn’t have a problem with how the old games looked, just the controls bothered me now in 2021. 
 

I know some of you thought Take-Two green lit rockstar to do something more/better. That is a fair assumption based off the newswire post. I had multiple expectation levels, and again the remasters hit my minimum, but my minimum was plenty good for me. 
 

Now with all this said. If I still gamed on PC, mods considered here, well, no comment, I’m trying to keep this post from being moved to the Bitch & Moan thread

This is not directed at anyone though? And I'm not antagonizing anyone here either, so it's weird you guys are getting offended by this. Am I the one being antagonistic when there are people literally throwing around insults because they have different opinions?
