GTA Trilogy: The Definitive Edition Now Available for Pre-Order - Coming Nov 11

I know this isn't developed by Rockstar itself, but by Grove Street Games, but this is still first time we are getting Rockstar games released on two generations of Playstation and Xbox consoles + PC and Switch at the same date.

 

They never did something like this before. It was always just one generation of Playstation and Xbox, and sometimes Wii or PSP for games like Manhunt or the Warriors with PC versions delayed for months if not years (and not all of the games)

247 pages without any new info. The fans are turning on each other, unable to find common ground. The comradery has turned to conflict. The excitement we shared for the trailer is but a distant memory. We are desperate. I don't think we can make it another day without something.. anything.. Why are people talking about how horrible the PC controls were earlier? As if that hasn't already been fixed by a simple drag and drop plug-in (that also has Modern controls based on GTA IV):

 

I know, I know, we can't include mods when discussing this for some odd reason, but certain mods have become essential includes when installing older games, such as the above.

It wasn't really about PC controls, it was more about the 3/VC console controls and how outdated they are. ClassicAXIS would probably be the more appropriate mod here.

mods shouldn’t be discussed because we’re talking about the games straight out of the box. I’m a strictly console player, so mods aren’t possible. Even then, those QOL mods weren’t available until YEARS after the initial release.

This is not pointed at anyone here, this is more just me making a comment about my experience with people (everywhere) in relation to the DE trailer/screenshots. There are YouTuber's that have very agreeable, and respectable videos like YongYea. YongYea seems to make open minded coherent, none toxic videos id have to say. However other than YongYea, there are videos of some derp ass YouTuber's that are just well one (or more) of the following:

 

1. Toxic, just to be toxic, or just purely trolling. Which if you troll, you need to be funny, otherwise wtf are you doing with your life. 

2. They actually just literally forgot how these games use to look, and play. 

3. They are hipsters, they only played GTAV/GTA Online. 

 

Getting into people I run into irl, my friends, people from work, people I talk to that come into my work, and just people in general. Its a mixed bag, some people are excited to play the remaster, mostly because they actually did play the original 3D games back in the day. Some people think the DE is over priced, and well, wtf isn't over priced in 2021 worth the mention?

I think day 1 patch will be already included in pre-load, assuming pre-load will start like 48 hours before release (to avoid leaks)

 

if not then hopefully 1 or 2 gb lol.

I know for a fact I am the only person on the internet that works 40 hours a week, well aware. I don't want your sympathy, I know, I know. However I did want to just say, I am freaking excited that I am off work November 11th. I didn't even have to use vacation time or sick leave, we just have off work November 11th, its fantastic.
