Against all odds, R* will post next week (or the one after) screenshots with an improved Tommy Vercetti model, since it's the only real complain there regarding models or style, and everything else was hit or miss with fans and critics alike.

I think most of everything that was lost is lost forever and everything else will stay in tact because back in 2016 they were trying to get perpetuity licenses which is a license that doesn't expire.
