Heavy Armored NPC

[Illusive Prime]

So in GTA Online, there is two variations of the NPC's that were two types of heavy ballistic armor. For example;

 

1) The one seen in the Cayo Perico set-up mission to disrupt El Rubio's weapon shipments.

 

2) And the one wearing a lighter balsistic armor setup in the Cayo finiale heist.

 

So I was wondering what are the NPC file names for these? I've looked and at the moment can't find them.

 

I've looked at variations of both the Cartel npc's(Rubio's guards) and none of them.

 

The NPC that has the heavy ballistic armor is from previous DLC's but can't remember which one it started in.
