Restoring all cut contents (songs,effects...) of the original trilogy in 2021?

Hello all,

 

I'm wondering what the current best way is to play GTA III, VC & SA including all original uncut songs, sound effects, conversations or other cut contents in 2021?

I've been playing the original releases on PS2, but the low FPS rate impacts the experience.

 

The PS4 remasters are as good an alternative as any but some songs are missing and the lightning appears off.

 

I also own the trilogy on PC via Steam as I've lost all the original discs, but I'm missing songs & am paranoid about which other contents may be missing.

 

I'm aware of SilentPatch and related tweaks, but :

- does it still work, if yes, does it work for all the original GTAs?

- does it restore everything 1/1 compared to the PS2 contents and effects?

- does it restore all songs, including the one licensed GTAIII song which was exclusive to the PS2?
