[GTA:SA] Intro movies upscale

I noticed the lack of proper quality upscaled intros. Each has very poorly compressed audio quality, delay etc.

I present both intros with almost lossless audio quality and upscaled videos: Logos.mpg with waifu2x (it has some artifacts, but I wanted to use the original and upscaling comes at some cost), and GTATitles.mpg downloaded from somewhere I can't remember but it looks good + I added audio from FLAC source and equalized it to match the original (the bass is lacking in other upscales, so this is more faithful to the original).

I'd like to know if there are any better quality upscales, so feel free to tell me.

Update: I noticed that the PS2 version has even better quality audio (spectrogram), just need a way of getting it.
