The only things I expect from this remaster are:

-minimal improvements so the players don't ask to be refunded

-quality content coming from mod theft

-a very regular online content to purchase to enjoy more or less superficial bonuses

I know that there have been rumors for years, right, but if we had a way of knowing when full production started, we'd really be able to get a idea.

Is it unreasonable to expect 3 games that look as good and play as well as GTA V on XBox One / PS4?
I'm talking about graphics / cutscenes and gameplay / mechanics
If that were the case, I'd be real happy and look forward to it.

Ruffian was hiring by 2019 for R* remaster projects, so it could be even earlier if initial development started at R* North or something.

Got no regrets fam, and being in the wall of shame doesn't really phase me, I didn't think there was anything wrong with sharing my opinions and sh*t since I didn't have much of a reason to believe in its existence at first, but then I started believing in it more but I still wanted to keep my expectations in check just in case, I've been disappointed in life far too much

I think it'll be fun, and a lot more comfortable, when we can spread things out better into each of the games' individual subforums with different topics. Right now we're all piled in here, and people are always free to share their opinions on GTAF, but it does get frustrating when things so quickly turn heated. 

 

If you guys think a bitch and moan topic is worth it, we will split posts out and make one, but not if it's going to cause even more bitching and moaning.

I think when Young Maylay started criticizing Rockstar after years of silence. They have never had a good relationship, but in the end of 2019 (if I'm not mistaken) he started complaining again out of nowhere, and IMO it could be related to the production of TT.
Pre-production could have started earlier, but maybe at this point some voices and captures work could have started.

My opinion on this is, wait for the gameplay trailer before you split into two threads. Even if its just trolling, no doubt some people are going to be bitching even after they watch the gameplay trailer.

Wow so the R* Launcher doesn't allow modding because it auto updates any "wrong" files. I never new this as I have never actually used the launcher. More of a reason to not support R* and wait for the Steam version.
