I wonder how SA will feel with better draw distance. The three cities are very close to each other and without the fog the feeling of the map will probably be alot different.

Rockstar just removed the games from all stores. I don't think they'll ever release them on GOG.

I havent played these games since they were "current", so they are all going to be like mostly new games to me (except for parts of SA). Big shout out to aging and failing memory!

Whoever made SA's map design and layout is simply a genius, i mean you've all heard it an all but damn SA's map has everything you want, airports where it actually makes sense heading to the airport and taking off to another city unlike V where you take the plane and as soon as you take off you'd be like "now where???", the desert, the forests, the mountain, more than a city, it's packed with everything it's like telling a kid no you can't have this toy or that toy..you can have them all!

 

It's really good that they've thought about remastering the Trilogy, otherwise i wouldn't know what we're supposed to get busy with until VI shows up, all timed perfectly.

Because it's really not relevant to speculation and was pretty much tin foil hat material which would most likely derail the topic just for the sake of bashing on R* about something unrelated. Given that this is in development for at least 2 years according to official job listings mentioning remasters in 2019, there is no "distraction tactic" or conspiracy with the Trilogy announcement/release, since it was a thing even before E&E.

I never claimed it to be a conspiracy but rather a coincidence of time that they used in their adventage so they could avoid responding to any vaild critism. Just thinking outside the box really.

We hope. At least with this new release. Because I remember the big ruckus it made, and rightfully so, when Rockstar released SA and VC for like 600 platforms after the music licenses ran out on a sizable chunk of the the radio station tunes, and Rockstar neither renewed a lot of it nor added any more songs. Now that VC and SA are 19 and 17 years old, are the radio stations going to continue to be the somewhat stripped down version they were in their last iterations? Perhaps even more music even being removed for this launch?

yeah, good luck getting r* on board. not to mention the games there are drm-free, and r* loves their drm - you can't even play single player gtav without being forced to activate online every now and then.

I wish they can keep all the musics from the original, just to bring more nostalgia

I'm not denying the fact that it was always intented to be released this year, but they could've at least made some effort to adress the critism regarding E&E before releasing the trilogy imo.
