Rewatching scarface to get the vice city vibes . I gotta say if rockstar never goes back to the vice city 1980s for GTA VI i will be gutted . They can definitely top gta vice city vibes with a solid fresh of the boat story and drug smuggling.  Truly hope the project americas was legit

I think the point they’re trying to make is, R* wouldn’t be so careless just for the hell of it. They know people are searching for leaks high and low, so if they wanted to keep the project under wraps, they would. But they didn’t. And just as soon as people found RGL info, it was announced MAYBE a few days later, if that.

i am torns on deciding if this is deliberate marketing from the marketing team or just the coding guy thats job is to put 'em up didnts want to get in troubles. either ways, it is good for us niche thread and big youtubers to makes it more awares. i think what cavendish main argument was, why aint rockstar just upload the pics themselves to get more coverage  i respects everyones opinion and agrees with the insights

I doubt they'll do that. If they do I would be surprised. They need a modern setting to be able to sell infinite shark cards, items and all the shenanigans in GTAO.

They can pull (as rumoured) a game with 2 chapters/timelines, one taking place in the 80s and another taking place in the current time. And off course GTA VI online will be built over the "current day" version, so every ridiculous, OP thing can go.
