Keep in mind that having mobile releases doesn't mean the console/PC releases have to suffer. Here are screenshots from the current Android GTA 3. First is everything on low, second is all settings on high. Quite a big difference. They might be able to just have it run at lower settings for mobiles.

GTA 5 controls? Hey, as somebody who only expected a somewhat okay new port with 60 fps support this is already surpassing my expectations by a LOT.
