CP2077's sales did fall off spectacularly very quickly after launch. I can't say the same for GTAV or RDR2.

I've already had this discussion on why this is a very ignorant thing to say, but let me say that just a few pages ago there was someone complaining about how they didn't get Vice City in time. "everybody that wants it already has it" is such a BS defence. If the remaster is crap, do you want young people who are first discovering these games to play an inferior version, without even knowing the classic, heavily moddable editions used to exist?

So you're suggesting I pirate it or go through shady retailers/ebay instead of actually support the developers because THEY decided to go all anti-consumer and delist it? That's not a solution, that's a workaround.

You can support the developers by buying the definitive edition instead. But clearly, that's not what you want. You want the old versions to stay up regardless of what really happens behind the scenes.

"anti consumer and delist it" um, it's common practice to remove the previous version if there's a (supposedly better) upcoming version. It's like complaining about pre-facelift cars not being sold anymore.

 

Also, solutions and workarounds are pretty much synonyms so i don't see your point here

Now they did not say that there were so many changes although
that san andreas would miss for example is very complete
