Man, would be awesome if we got some of these tracks in VC. To think of it, i think it prefered most of Vice City fm's music than the rest of the VC soundtrack.

I don't think that Rockstar will let that happen. If they fail now, what will this mean for the hype of GTA VI. The Trilogy is what set the standard for open world storytelling.

These games are far more beloved and older than GTA V. Let's not forget that GTA V has overstayed its welcome by a couple of years.

Also.. in a positive perspective. Maybe Rockstar is milking GTA 5 and re-re-rereleasing the GTA trillogy because they are in need of funds to develop GTA 6, which has cost them.. say.. up from a billion already ;D

Or they did it to tell us about the storys again to make a reference to it in a new unannounced title? Who knows?
