Hunter texture problems

ive just finished gta vice city and i got the hunter but within like 2 minutes i found something wrong with it, i cant post a pic cos i dunno how but if you look at the wheels on the hunter, on one side, the wheel is missing its texture, the other side is fine and if u walk a distance away from it you will notice that the texture that is missing from the wheel suddenly returns,

Please, if anyone can help me with this problem then can you tell me wat i need to do to fix it!, please, any help would be nice, thx :(
