neede some help witha couple of missions

Hi ,

 

I'm looking for some mission help.

 

Fisrt one:- cherry popper i get in the truck ,press shift, then drives all about town and nothing happens, no blip, no pink marker, no customers etc...  i have tried pressing shift on and off whilst driving around  and parked as well= nothing.

 

second one :- sunshine autos misisons

i think this must be a bug

i complete the first race and win, terminal velocity, then after going back to the pink marker at sunshines it starts the same race again and agin even tho i won it. the walkthrough says there are more races , am i missing something.

Reply to Question 1:

 

Make sure your shift button is set to "horn" because you need to turn on it's "siren" in order to start the mission. It sounds like it is though.

 

But if you get out of the truck and it ends the mission, you must go back to the factory and get a new truck. I've started the mission, got pulled out by the haitians after a while, and the mission ended. When I got back inside, I kept starting the music but nothing happened. So you have to get a new truck if you fail the mission.

I believe you can do the races over and over, even though you've won it. I could be wrong though.

for sunshine auto races don't you have to go the race board, and actually select the race?  walk out of the showroom, turn left, go down the ramp and to the right (i think - i'm going from memory from a while ago) - there should be a board there.  walk up to it and hit the action button then you should be able to scroll thru different race lists

for cherry popper i remember getting the truck, then driving down to the docks.  i think you have to go to the 'seedy' places to get the druggies to come out just driving around in the nice neighborhoods wont help. so drive to dock and hit shift that should get u some yellow blips
