What road texture mod is this? (Need help)

Hi guys, I need help to find the road textures that are in this video:

I've been looking everywhere for these road textures and I really can't find it. They kind of look like DKT70 & Ven textures at first, but I've tested it and they're not the same pattern. Also the ones in the video are much higher quality and smoother. So if you know what mod this is, please I'd love if you shared it in the comment, or PM me.

 

I have a fairly popular YouTube channel where I make GTA 4 videos and having these textures would really help to make my game look better.
