OpenIV access folder denied! from Latest update

So anyone or #openiv know about this problem? literally happen every time reopen openiv it says it has no permission to access folder but it can link the first time link to gtav.exe 

whats going on lol

any fix?

uninstalling and reinstalling for thousands of times to make it work temporarily
