I never get Pink Diamond anymore

I've already played dozens of Cayo heists since mid-august, and not one instance have I received a pink diamond as a primary target. This happened when I bought the kosatka and completed the initial heist (Madrazo files) for my second character. Before this, I get the pink diamond often in heists with my first character. It keeps rotating from bearer bonds, tequilla and ruby necklace. But thats about it. Anyone else experiencing this?

I got the Tequila now about 5 times in a row, this was not usual in the past. I think others have complained recently too, so maybe R* messed things up.

Something I noticed when doing them with my friends, is if we don't wait out the cool down timer and we keep constantly doing it on hard, we each keep getting the same primary just had.  My one friend has had the tequila bottle for weeks now, and I've had the ruby necklace for a while.  We try to accept the heist as soon as we are able to just to keep the hard setting. Wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same thing?

I've noticed similar here. Tequila 5 times in a row on hard.

HA.  I have to wait till 4pm to do that today...I don't think my co-workers would appreciate that too much right now
