VisualStudio2019 "plugin-sdk" build error

Hi, I am trying to build "plugin.sln" from SDK to create "ASI scripts". These errors struck me:

MSB8051

C1900

LNK1257

 

I am using the latest Visual Studio Community Version (2019) version 16.11.

I appreciate the help.
