Are all games released or published by Rockstar part of the same universe or do each game have its own universe. Particularly I wanted to know about the 3D Era, which share the same universe. Why Bully? Only thing I can think is in GTA IV Niko's fake CV mentions him attending Bullworth Academy. But GTA IV is an HD universe game. And Bully is from the 3D era of consoles. So not sure where it fits, if at all (probably more accurate to just say it's in the same universe as GTA in general). Unless there's some other reason you include it. I forgot Bully was released in ‘07. I was thinking ‘05 and that Bullworth was mentioned in at least VCS. However the models for the Stallion and Regina (and probably just a few more) are found in the shop in Bully. But that’s probably just leftover assets to save development time. I think it counts though, place names usually stay the same between eras so if Bullworth is mentioned in HD era GTA it probably means a 3D era Bullworth existed in 3D era GTA. I found this thread from 2014 and a user said there’s billboards for ZIP from SA and NPCs mention Starkweather so maybe it is? Probably they just recycled what they had to fill in the blanks, to avoid doing new assets for something this minimal.
