Third-person camera deadzone

Hey everyone,

 

So I recently re-installed GTA IV because I really wanted to finish the game once more with DXVK. However, the game has this annoying mouse deadzone bug where if I move the mouse really slowly, it does not register at all and its on third-person camera while walking/running or driving and NOT AIMING. Has anyone figured out the fix for this? The FusionFix and ZolikaPatch (tried at 1070 and 1080) seems to fix the aim deadzone bug but not the third-person camera deadzone bug. I'm currently using Complete Edition from Steam (not downgraded).

 

Specs: 8700k, 16 GB RAM, 3070, Razer Ornata Chroma, Razer Deathadder V2

 

Any help would be appreciated.
