Should rockstar add real clothing brands?

Why would it matter seeing real life brands ads? I mean if you see a sprunk ad, you automaticly think that it's sprite, or if it's e-cola it's coca-cola, the only difference would be that we see the real brand instead now. Well for me it wouldn't change a thing. And if you drive a Vapid Dominator, you know it's a Ford Mustang etc. the only difference would be that you already see the real brand, without having to think about it.

 

I just wish we were allowed to only replace Textures, in the online mode, then modders could just release real brands replacers for those that want it, and the rest who doesn't want it can keep the game as it is. I want a real Audi R8 in the game, not this ugly Obey 9F, more real looking Porsches, not just the S2 that is not competetive at all etc. they could make at least that possible for players that want it, also sound replacers for the engine sound if we are annoyed by the ingame engine sound. 

 

Rockstar could allow us to do all that, as long as we don't touch the handling files. But if they would already do that by themselves, it would be even better. And i hardly believe that the real brands wouldn't want anything to do with this game, i mean if all other brands jump on the train, then it would happen. I mean ppl get run over by Ferraris and BMW's in real life too, it doesn't make the brand look bad. This just happens, you can't control what ppl do with their cars. Or did it make Porsche look bad that Paul Walker died in a Porsche Carrera, no because it's not Porsche's fault. No idea in what helicopter Kobe Bryant died, but did it make the helicopter brand look bad, no i don't think so.

 

Yeah like already mentioned, at least they should give us players the choice, if we could install texture and sound replacers that would be enough. Also i would love to replace all radiostations ingame with real radiostations internet broadcasts, to never have to listen to the crap boring music ingame anymore. Just small changes, that don't have any effect on the gameplay itself, should be allowed IMO.

As a mustang owner and lover, I HATE every single Dominator they have put in the game.  They've ruined each one with hideous tail lights or rear ends.  The ASP isn't horrible, but still doesn't do it for me.  I've been wanting them to add a 4 eyed coupe(foxbody) for years, but they would ruin that too I'm sure.  I understand why they do it, but If they were going to add brands to the next game, I'd prefer it be cars so they are correct, not clothing.

Neither spunk nor ebola are something I would want to drink, unlike Sprite and Coca Cola. I guess this kind of humor isn't to everyone's taste, but I like it and would miss it.

Use crew logos to make your own fashion.  I used to have a Roxy logo I made back in the day. All the crews I have made had logos referencing rl brands or pop culture. I think social club is bricked rn, but there are plenty of crews with "supreme" if you want to let everyone know you're a douchebag.
