My game crashes 100% of the time when shooting cops and only cops.

***SOLVED*** Okay for anyone who ever has this issue I painstakingly went through all my modified files replacing them with backups and found out that it was

 

GTAIV\pc\models\cdimages\vehicles.img  

 

I suspect it's because I modded in various police vehicles and when I would shoot an officer it had trouble spawning the three star NOoSE vehicles when I killed a cop and would cause the game to crash. That's my best guess. ***SOLVED***

 

 

So anytime I shoot any other NPCs it's never an issue. It literally only happens when I shoot cops and will instantly crash to desktop. I play with a few mods. The only ones I think may be of note are HD IV Weapons and Arrest Warrant. However I've removed Arrest Warrant and the problem persisted. I can't imagine it's HD IV weapons either since it only happens with cops. The mods I have are:

I'm playing on 1.0.7 Using the downgrade and launch the game via PlayGTAIV.exe I really can't decide what could be causing such a specific problem. My PC specs are

 

• Windows 10
• GTX 1080Ti
• i7 8700K
• 16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4

 

Windows is installed on my NVMe SSD (C:\) and the game is running from my HDD (D:\)

Other than that I have no idea what else to say aside from I ran GTA IV Performance Boost Pack also. Any help on this would be great as I've spent days ironing out this install and have everything perfect now aside from this. It's quite disheartening. Thanks.

I did forget to mention this is my CommandLine.txt. I'm aware it's probably not optimal but any other changes I've made have resulted in problems and this seems to work best
