Re-arrange the cars in the garage

how can i rearrange the cars in my garage?

There is no blue circle in my garage.

Did you look carefully? I never heard of this bug. There should be a blue circle.

Which sort of garage? 6 car? 10 car apartment? Office? Nightclub? Casino? etc.

Anyway as Pete has stated I think you just need to look a bit harder the blue circle will be in different places depending on the garage type.(for a example in the high end apartment it is right at the back of the garage next to the glass sliding doors)

Having too large a vehicle in a 10-car can sometimes break the blue circle: I remember it happening with the Vigilante when it was placed in one spot.

 

Would probably help if you said which type of garage you're referring to.

Happened with Half-track as well.
