How would your react if GTA Turned into a Battle Royal game with a Battle pass?

Something like Fortnite/Cod Warzone, but with a GTA Style. I imagine rockstar would REALLY get hate for doing that imo.

Indiferently to be honest. GTA V was practically the last game for me and I don't care where the series is going now. If R* would say that they don't have plans to make new part or turn it into battle royal, I couldn't care less.

Battle Passes will most likely be in next GTAO but it ain't gonna be Battle Royale. Maybe a more fleshed out Adversary Mode, like a larger scale 'Motor Wars' or something different could be in the game.

If Rockstar wants to make a dedicated BR game they already have the IP most suited for it, Manhunt. The whole philosophy behind it perfectly fits with BR.

I hate the battlepass system in RDO. It just doesn't work for openworld games, especially if there barely is any new content. 

 

Battle royale in GTA? f*ck off. Seriously, battle royale was fun for the past few years, but it has seen its peak.

At this point I care so little about the future of GTA they could do anything and honestly it wouldn't surprise me the least. Nor I would care.

 

V and Online already degenerated the series enough for me to stop considering myself an active fan. I'm happier with the Mafia series these days.

i would say heck no. i hate the stupid fortnight warzone garbage that comes out now. if they want to have a battle royal mode fine. but dont make it the major selling point and no battle pass. as long as they keep their old formula then it would be great. and give us some story dlc.

I was actually talking to a friend about this yesterday, minus the battle royale part. I think if GTA Online got "Battle passes" (in the same vein of RDO), that i'd actually be interested. Maybe unique clothes and vehicles that can only be obtained via the pass - hell, I'd probably play more!
