So here are the ones I found: Mount Chiliad Arch Closed Tunnel t h e p a n o p t i c o n (sorry for that) Blueberry Truck Terminal El Castillo del Diablo Abandoned Town Backpacker CJ's Mom's Ghost Lets get these one at a time. Mount Chilliad Arch If you go to the north-eastern slope of Mount Chilliad you can find a mysterious arch. You can also reach it using a detour while climbing Mount Chilliad. At night, if its rainy weather, the arch may become surrounded by a red mist. The cause of the mist is unknown. This one is a location and not that spooky during the day, but as I mentioned above, if the red mist appears, it is creepy. Closed Tunnel At the Los Santos observatory, you can find a closed tunnel if you go next to the observatory. Again, a location. But, its pretty strange and might be a cut area. Lets move on to the next one. t h e p a n o p t i c o n If you go to a hill near Blueberry, you can find a abandoned sawmill. In one of the shacks, you can find blood on the floor. This one has a few mythical creatures supposedly seen at the location but they are mostly false. Also, since the p a n o p t i c o n used to be a sawmill used by people in Blueberry, there is a possibility that this is tree sap. Who knows. Next one. Blueberry Truck Terminal There is a truck terminal in Blueberry that sometimes will have a red pickup truck inside it. This truck terminal is supposedly linked to the Epsilon Project, and glows blue at night. I dont have much to say about his one, although a truck in a truck terminal makes sense. Next. El Castillo del Diablo Abandoned Town In El Castillo del Diablo you can find a small, but strange cowboy looking town. I found this one on my own. Anyway, its pretty strange for a game like San Andreas. Anyways, lets go to the next. Backpacker Up to the Los Santos Observatory, sometimes you will find a guy carrying a backpack. He occasionally talks about semen and dinosaurs. Again, like the truck terminal, I dont know what to say. But its strange he talks about semen and dinosaurs. CJ's Mom's Ghost If you do some specific things at night in the Johnson House, you will find CJ's Mom's Ghost walking down the stairs and into the living room. This one is false, but was very spooky when this game came out. Its almost funny how many videos about this were made. And thats it! Hope you found this post informative. Funny thing is, I found both the p a n o p t i c o n, Truck Terminal, Backpacker and Closed Tunnel from Vinesauce Joels GTA SA myth specials! (Yes, I watch Vinesauce, so what?) According to the San Andreas Police Departmant Website that is powered by Flash has a quote like this: ".... Satellite in Bone County, some weird.. Theres actually a good explanation for this: If you see green clouds or green fog its mainly because you are using 16-bit color depth.
