Pre-release build of GTA2 Dreamcast (APR/2000)

Another outing thanks to Project Deluge! This time we have an early version of GTA2 for the Dreamcast, whilst not as different as the Prototype Build it's still nice to get our hands on such material:

 Main Notes:

• Compiled 16 days before the first retail build (the US release).
• Does not work in ReDream, Demul or Flycast
• No opening sequences
• Slightly different VMU prompt
• Display selection screen is also different, especially the background photo. No music plays on it.
• The game hangs at this point, when choosing any selection
• Game must be run out of VGA mode to prevent freezing
• Dialogue prompts don't go away and can overlap
• No radio in cars

Can confirm that ReDream can now emulate it as of May 30, 2022.

While the radio doesn't play in-game, it is included within the prototype's file, albeit distorted.
