Can't use lucky wheel

3-4 days ago i bought membership at diamond casino website and still i can't use the wheel. Please help.

The lucky wheel is banned in some countries because of the local laws in terms of gambling.

If that is the case for your country, you will not be able to use it as long you connect to the game with a local.

It has been reported though that using a VPN server in a not banned country is a work around.

It depends how strong a countrie has set the laws, especially with online gambeling. They just dont like it in gta bc you can get an addiction even if you cant buy chips with gta$ you bought with irl money.

That is for you to ask your politicians. You have a Polish flag-pretty sure the GTA casino is illegal in your country (even though you have gambling in your country). It seems every country has stupid politicians making stupid laws.
