A6pukoc
Lots of new NPCs added to GTA Online since 2016 reuse clothes and haircuts available for player characters. Do you think RDO developer team does same and did anyone notice NPC that has clothes/haircuts from player characters?
Caffeination
Horley wears the same hat as Archibald MacGreagor, Cliff (Mrs. O’Dowd’s lover) wears Sean’s outfit and has his exact same hairstyle, a lot of NPCs (even in story) have John’s and Javier’s and Sean’s and Charles’ hair, and I think one of the poachers in the naturalist update wears the sheepskin cloak from Singleplayer’s trapper. But, as for the Online character’s items? Definitely, although the vast majority of items we see are clothing items worn by NPCs, and have been repurposed for us. There are a few unique items, but those include very outlandish hats, and some shirts and certain ponchos and boots that were made with the online character in mind, we’ll likely see future NPCs wear the more mundane catalogue items. Dark Spark
I notice the models depicted in their newswire and promotional stills are crafted from the character generation menu-- basically they could have used player's actual character models for their advertising. Given how no-effort fugly most of the models actually look, I think they did steal players' character faces...
