No Stock Car Races

About 2 months ago everyone unlocked the returning player bonuses including me.

I have completed the Duke O' Death random event, the Dodo Seaplane random event, the Wildlife Photography Challenge,

bought the railgun and hatchet and got all gold on the railgun ammunation challenge, Completed the Murder Mystery and unlocked the filters and Photographed all Monkey Mosaics and got the Go Go Space Monkey Blista Compact

the only thing left is the stock car races but for the life of me i can't get it to spawn.

I HAVE recieved Ron's text message and i did actually see the race icon for the stock car race but now it's gone.

How do i get it to respawn?
