looking for a crew for the casino heist, "bugstar con" tried using random players but some are useless, for example shooting the first guard outside before you enter. user name same as forum name. (xbox one)

Sorry, can't help you, as I'm not on Xbox. But maybe the spoiler helps.

For Big Con heist, good luck doing Bugstars entry with randoms. If you really want to do Bugstars to unlock the uniforms, and also stay undetected, take only one player and accept that you won't get the full take.

If you want the full take and a bigger team, restart the scope, go to the following location and take a picture of the following:

After scoping this entrance (under the race track) you unlock a new entry disguise (Gruppe6), use that instead of Bugstars

I can help you but you will need to wait until the weekend. I also take a small cut bc 1. i dident help with the preps 2. i already have everything ingame and  hundreds of millions in gta$

weekend is fine by me, im fairly new to the game so still buying everything
