How to restore unused choppers in GTA IV?

vehicles.img in GTA IV contains models of 8 unused choppers and I wondering how to restore them. I saw, that Unified Lore modfication by Jinx contains them, but I want to know how use original files without making new images.txt and other new staff. You know, just edit some data files and voila there are spawn in traffic. Please smb help me, this is important!
