Idlewood Retexture Map Not Loading Problem.

Pls Help Me Out. When i Installed IdlewoodRetexture Mod For Gta Sa, Map was the original one. then i drived to the motel near the pizza place it started to load the retexture, but it wasn't loading properly. idk whats causing that pls help me.
