How to Access To Big Smoke's Crack Palace Without Finishing End Of The Line?

Is there a mod that makes you to access to smoke's palace as an interior in the beginning of the game?

It must be.. But it will be difficult because this is the last "Barrier/Sequence" in the game. After Green Sabre flint intersection and two bridge barriers are removing. After Yay Ka Boom Boom San Fierro barriers will be removed and Big Smoke's Palace is only barrier/sequence which available after Los Desperados.. Forcing the game to unlock/remove items in the beginning of the game is dangerous and modders should be really careful about creating this mod.. 

 

Apart from mods there should be a nonsolid gap onto the gym in Los Santos. Type a "Rocketman" cheat and navigate yourself to the palace

It's impossible to enter the Big Smoke's Crack Palace without finishing End of the Line even the S.W.A.T. tank can't Break the barrier. The Barrrier is Scripted to be Breakable only During that mission
